The Friends of Torkington Park
Present the 2011 Duck Race festival
Sunday 26th June 2011 2pm to 4 pm

   Come along, sponsor a duck and join the fun.
Race categories include, Local Businesses, Local Organisations, Local schools, Local residents and Children under 11
Trophies will be presented to category winners and the overall champion
Sponsorship tickets are £10 for local businesses, £5 for local organisations, £2/class for schools, £1 for local residents and 50p for children.

50% of the profits will go towards improvements in the park and the other 50% divided between locally based or locally supported charities.

Residents and Childrens tickets will be on sale on Saturday 25th June in the park from 12:00 to 2 pm, and from 1 pm from the bowling hut on Sunday 26th June.
